Free for single file processing
Upload a single PDB file and run any cleanup operation — water removal, chain extraction, residue renumbering, PDBQT conversion, and more — at no cost. No account required. Access free academic tools like RCSB PDB and AlphaFold structure search at no charge.
Credit Costs Per Recipe
Credits are consumed only for batch jobs (multiple files). Single file runs of any recipe are always free. Batch cost is the base rate multiplied by the number of files successfully processed.

1 credit = $1.00 USD. Prices shown are per file successfully processed in a batch job. Running multiple recipes against the same file in a pipeline counts as one batch charge per recipe selected.
Purchasing Credits
Credits are purchased directly inside the app at a flat rate of $1.00 per credit. There are no subscription tiers or lock-in — buy only what you need. Credits are session-scoped: use them before leaving the site, as they may not be recoverable if your session hash changes.
How credits are charged
Charges apply to batch jobs only. The cost for a batch run is:
total cost = base rate × files successfully processed
You are never charged for files that fail to process. Single file jobs are always free.
Pricing questions
Is StructSure free?
Yes, for single file processing. All five recipes — Quality Screen, Renumber & Normalize, Docking-Ready Export, SnugDock Export, and MD Simulation Prep — are free when run against a single file. Credits are only required for batch jobs (multiple files). See the table above for per-recipe batch rates.
What counts as a batch job?
A batch job submits multiple PDB files to the same recipe in one request. You are charged the base rate per file successfully processed. If a file fails, you are not charged for it. Running a single file through multiple recipes in a pipeline is a single-file job and remains free.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for the duration of your session. Be sure to use your credits before leaving the site — if the session hash changes (e.g. by closing the browser tab and returning later), unused credits from that session may not be recoverable.
Do you offer institutional pricing?
Not yet — pricing is the same for all users at the moment. However, if you are interested in group access for a lab or research organization, please reach out via the feedback link in the app.
