This policy applies to our company website at tailwindresearch.com and to all products listed above. Where a product has its own supplemental privacy notice, that notice governs for data specific to that product; this policy governs everything else.

We do not collect payment card numbers (payments, where applicable, are processed by third-party payment providers who have their own privacy policies). We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13.
We use the information described above to:
PDB files and molecular structure data you upload are processed transiently to produce cleaned output files. Uploaded files are permanently deleted from our servers the moment your download is ready. We do not retain, analyze, or share your structure data.
Decision-tree sessions and content are stored in a database with account-level isolation enforced via row-level security. Your decision content is not used to train foundation models, is not sold to data brokers, and is not shared with third parties except service providers required to operate the product, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Yield analysis inputs and portfolio data you enter are used solely to generate analytics output for you. We do not share individual portfolio data with third parties or use it to build market-data products.
We do not sell personal data. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
Some products offer sign-in via Google OAuth or similar providers. These providers verify your identity but do not access or store your in-product data. Revoking access through a provider ends new sign-ins but does not automatically delete data stored in our systems; submit a deletion request separately (see Section 9).
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including encryption at rest, encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), least-privilege access controls, audit logging for privileged operations, and secrets management. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide service, meet contractual commitments, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Transiently processed files (such as StructSure uploads) are deleted immediately after processing. You may request deletion of account data at any time (see Section 9).

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to sign in to our products.
Our products are not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Our services are operated from the United States. If you access our products from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website or by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
